Returns & Refunds Policy

At Harvey & Grace, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  - All original tags are attached.
  - The item is returned in its original condition.
  - Proof of purchase is provided.
  For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose:
• A refund, 
• A store credit, or

An exchange for another size (subject to availability).

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the item
A brief description of the issue
If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: Swimwear without hygiene liners attached and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Gift cards

Sale Items (Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only unless the item is faulty
