Delivery Information

At Harvey & Grace, we know you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are packed and dispatched from Australia within 1–3 business days of purchase.

During new collection launches, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Australia Shipping

- Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate for orders under $150

- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150

   Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 3–8 business days.

- Express Shipping: $14.99 flat rate Australia-wide

   Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Most metro areas: 1–3 business days

Regional and remote locations may take longer

New Zealand Shipping

-$15.59 AUD Standard postage with tracking

- $32.59 AUD for Express postage with tracking

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing but typically range from 7–21 business days for Standard Postage.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in item prices or shipping fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of applicable charges. For abandoned shipments due to non-payment of customs fees or taxes, the customer forfeits their rights to the goods and any associated refund.
